23 hours a week within the Practice opening times of 07.30-20.00. Salary depending on experience. An opportunity has arisen for Practice Nurse to join our experienced, dedicated and friendly nursing team at our forward thinking, enthusiastic and supportive practice. We have a dynamic team of nurses, healthcare assistants and phlebotomist providing chronic disease management and enhanced services to our 14,500 patient list. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a primary care setting. You should be keen to keep yourself updated in the new challenges facing primary care and be prepared to undertake further training as required for the position.
