Access and parking

The surgery has suitable access for disabled people with a lift to the first floor and reserved parking space available close to the entrance. There is a hearing loop available on the reception desk and a portable hearing loop available for use during consultations.  There are also baby changing facilities on the premises.

The practice has a patient car park with a 5mph speed limit. Under no circumstances should patients park in the ambulance bay which may be required for emergencies. Only patients with a blue badge should park in the disabled bays. Please only park in the adjacent road if absolutely necessary and as far away as possible from the car park entrances. Bicycle parking is also available.

Disabled Access

There is access through the main door. We have a wheelchair available for use in surgery.

Hearing Difficulties

If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room. Alternatively, we do have the facility of a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.
