All appointment requests are triaged by our urgent care team.
If your request is assessed as an urgent clinical need that cannot wait, you will be offered a same-day appointment.
These appointments are booked into the next available slot with a clinician. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific time, as we need to keep appointments available throughout the day to manage demand safely.

Our staff use the online consultation system for any enquiries taken over the phone for patients that do not have access to the internet, so your call may take longer.
The submitted forms will be read during Practice hours. The forms will not be read at weekends or Bank Holidays. They will not be read Monday-Friday between the hours of 17:30 - 08:00. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.
The NHS app is also a great way to use our services, including ordering online prescriptions and checking your results.
We ask that all requests for GP appointments are made by filling in an online form or by phone and not at the front desk due to confidentiality of the patient making the request.
