Cancel Appointment

If you can no longer make your appointment, it's important that you cancel it so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.

How to cancel an appointment

You can cancel your appointment via the NHS App or via the online consultation form. If you are unable to use the App or online consultation form then please contact reception staff by calling 01454 772 153. This will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient.
